Item described as new, obviously used and damaged, even had dust inside of motor from previous use! Case was dented because it was dropped! Seller communication VERY slow and not very helpful. I did get partial refund equaling right at 18% discount off original price but in my opinion is NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Will never buy from this seller and suggest you to stay away as well. I had to keep this part as I had no other option. AC was broken and I couldn’t wait another week for replacement part.
