Not as Soft as the OEM , but not a big deal, When you take the plug connector off of the OEM Heated Seat and instill in the new seat cover, you may get an Airbag light on. This is easy to fix with a Mercedes Scan tool, once again not a big deal BUT i think it's important to know. I left this review on the US Auto Nation website as well.
