I ordered a samsung galaxy A55 phone case. Paid £3.99. The seller sent me a wrong case. I messaged them about it. They said I need to send old case back to a certain address in Coventry, and pay the postage. I paid the photo send item back. Sent message to seller that I sent case back and showed proof of receipt. I still haven't recieved my new case off seller. I am not happy that I've done everything they've asked and still nothing off them. I've asked for a full refund. And I am still waitin
