I have been buying maxcatch for a number of years now, if you go to LL bean/dicks/walmart and look at where the rods and reels come from it’s all from China. I have watched this company grow from ok quality into a very good quality company over the last 10 years. You can’t find a better setup at this price. It’s better than any sporting goods store combo and the price is good. Shipping was 3 weeks to my door.
