I don't ever give negative feedback, however, I contacted this seller prior to purchasing jacket & gave my town/state & asked if it will be delivered by December 15th. Seller guaranteed it will in a message, & when I purchased, item was given a tracking #, it showed January delivery date. When I contacted the seller & explained I need item by Dec 15th, was told it would come by then by seller, seller then says it will be here by Christmas. I received item Dec 18th, asked for refund, no answer.

You're making this whole thing about 3 days late, it's absurd. Mostly under Christmas period, it's normal a few days delay, we can't predict the future.
