The wooden back end piece had become dislodged from the nails that hold it and the nail holes were so compromised as to be unable to hold the nails. I am going to keep the unit. I was able to fasten the back end piece with gorilla tape. I see that you are a reputable seller so I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you were not aware of this. However I feel that a partial refund is in order. Can send photo if needed.
