I rate my experience due to tracking my item and minimal information at my disposal. Contacting Seller was less than helpful with generic response. Contacting eBay was less than a positive experience with clicking link after link after link and AI responses. Only using eBay on Facebook Messenger gave me the results I needed. In the end the last update I received said ITEM DELIVERED. Where it delivered it, I don't know, but I know it wasn't to my address, I live in Canada and part came from US.
