The threaded sleeve you see in the picture is meant to house a choke cable. Unfornunatly it is too small of a diameter to install the cable jacket. I'm not sure where this part of made but their tolerances are not correct. I ended up drilling it out larger and it seems to work for now, yeah not happy with it
