It was well packaged and arrived in great condition. my only complaint, and it's minor, is the display was taped with clear tape to the packaging which left glue on the fragile display. I had to carefully clean the glue from the display and contact locations using rubbing alcohol which made me nervous about wrecking it. No harm was done in the cleaning process and my meter works like new again.
