You ordered on 29th March which is Good Friday and we, like many other businesses do not work over the Easter period. The item was posted on the first day Royal Mail were working which was the Tuesday and delivered a couple of days later. Please tell me how this is bad service, especially as it was marked as 48 hour despatch which would make it Sunday.
