    Click wheel and buttons have been installed like garbage. They protrude from the front of the device, squeaking, sticking and wobbling. The center button feels like it’s about to fall out at any time. The picture does no justice to how unpleasant it feels. I paid a premium so that I wouldn’t have to deal with this nonsense, and I feel totally ripped off.

    And now I find that the seller left debris under the screen, and fitted a the incorrect backplate to the iPod so I can hardly even access the lock switch. I cannot believe how much money I paid for this absolute unit of disappointment.
