The buyer’s comment is entirely false. The bottle was shipped directly by the manufacturer. We requested pictures and none were provided. Instead, the customer simply demanded a full refund and to keep the bottle. We offered a refund once the bottle was returned and the buyer refused. We take great pride in 100% positive feedback over 10 years with over 5000 sales and take customer service more seriously than any seller.We are very disappointed that eBay allows buyers to leave false reviews.
