Had issues with a lag and asked them to help and I wanted to return they didn’t want to return the complete amount trash ppl here

On 3/20, buyer purchased turbine and once received, contacted us about having issues with lag. After answering all the buyers questions, on 4/8, the buyer wanted a full refund and we offered him a partial refund if shipped back. Normally, we don't offer a refund for a used turbine since we cannot insure that the part was installed correctly. On 4/28, buyer never shipped back and was 39 days since purchase. We have had no other customers having lag issues since turbine fits stock OEM cartridge.
