You claimed on your previous messages that they "arrived that way" (as shown in the picture) which showed completely dead bamboos. If the plants were truly in such condition, it would have been helpful for the issue to be reported promptly, ideally w/in 24 hours, rather than almost a month later. It's unlikely for bamboos to become dead or dried out w/in 8 days of shipping. I apologize if my previous response seemed insensitive; that was not my intention.
