    Complete money grab. Go with a different repair service on eBay and read the descriptions. My unit didn't even need a new battery, just a fix with the circuit board-but they added another charge, and even asked me if I wanted trade in my Orascoptic unit for their knockoff battery. They know right away what the issue is because they run tests on the unit upon arrival. Turnaround time is horrendous as well-2 weeks. I had to spend $275 and I didnt even need a new battery. I don't recommend.

    Your unit was over two years old and was not performing a normal full charge battery length. We also warranty these units for a whole year so the battery must be working when we ship it. Our listing CLEARLY states that it is JUST a battery swap services and ANY circuit level repair is extra. The turn around time on your unit was 5days as promised. The shipping is was the lengthy part. We provided you a full test video. A new unit would've cost you over $500. You paid $250 with us . . . . . . ..
