It has some useful information however, I bought this book as a manual for the bioptron  I received as a gift, assuming that it would specify each color how long to use for how often and so on, however, this book definitely does not specify this and doesn’t really go into detail. It is manual not a for how to use the machines. also at the end of the book it tries to sell you on a class to take that takes place at 9 PM at night, and the dates that were specified in the book have passed .
