This buyer wanted a deal on multiple posters, which I offered to the buyer. The buyer accepted the offer and then paid for the purchase. An hour later he changed his mind and asked for a cancellation and refund, which I gave to him. We did not have a sale, so I am unsure as to why the buyer has left neutral feedback (or any feedback at all, actually). The buyer got everything that he asked for every time he asked.
