Ebay needs to require warning messages on these foreign sellers’ accounts. They charged me $34 to ship it to me, so it’s reasonable to assume the return shipping cost would be similar. Wrong. The minimum rate was over $70 and the highest was over $300. They have no US return processor. When asked about this, the seller was rude and dismissive. I am stuck two ratty coats I cannot wear and robbed of $167. Thank you eBay.
