Horrible experience. The part came, and it didn't work. They admitted that it wasn't tested, offered to send a new one, but then decided to just refund us instead and tell us to re-order.
We didn't get refunded for the shipping costs, OR the customs importing fees of $50 or so... so overall we lost $50 with this shady seller.
DO NOT TRUST THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR SHIPPING MONEY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We do everything possible to test all of our items but we do sell used items at a very big discount, because of that we understand that they can break down on the process, we offer to send a replacement but this item was an international order so we could not just send it out, we processed a refund but customer wanted us to refund more money that we did not have access to. Not much we could do for the customer.
