Got it working after much corrosion and crud cleaning and reflowing chips and replacing a missing capacitor. Looks like it was a failed repairs attempt. Circuit board all bubbled and rusted but luckily still works. Both screen knackered though and gotta do something about the smell 👃🥴. All in all 5 stars because fun repair job but will be expensive repairds lite console (#266689583717)
