    Item showed up in one piece and in good condition. Box was beat up but I don’t think k that was sellers problem. Everything looks on working order. Will see when I plug it in. Took a bit for seller to get back to me about shipping.

    The customer stated the product has been tested and worked great. However, when it arrived it was missing the most important piece I needed which was the cable. I reached out to him and he stated that he never mentioned the cable coming with. Which makes no sense because it's a part of the unit and it couldn't have worked great without it. He denied a refund and quickly went to edit the description saying it didn't come with the cable. He scammed me and needs to be investigated.

    Customer wanted a cable that is not part of the listing, its not pictured or described . He now wants a free part and has alluded to feedback extortion which are both against eBay policy. Customer has been flagged and reported for eBay policy violations. The customer just opened account and is already trying to scam the system. gave him a positive review he gave me a negative ,now wants a free part because i didn't send a cable that is not listed . these parts aren't sold with the extra cable
