      They sent me the wrong item. When I tried to exchange it for the correct item, they gave me a hard time; they said I got the one I ordered. I didn't need the aggravation, so I returned it for a refund. I don't know how these people stay in business

      seller sent it right out thanks. Works perfect on my TiVi Romio. Might mention to all that I never did have "On Demand" that I knew of, so when I purchased this remote with the green button, it did not find what I hoped I had but did not.
