I had no option of purchasing a Lifetime Rotation and balance on the tires from what I was told. We only mount and balance 1 time. Was not even ask or given this choice, highly disappointed plus when i went to ask for the receipt of the install and balance i was told i would have to get that thru Simple Tire. I contacted them and they told me i had to obtain it from Tire Choice, which is it. I need something to show the install.
