This Refurbished Panasonic Phone with 2 handsets was not acceptable!! Conversations were lost/dropped while trying to talk. Purchase came without an AC Adapter — could not use for 5 days. I have many that can let you know how conversations went.It is not acceptable to only receive 1/2 of the cost. Your address reads BBB offers 100% satisfactory. Ebay please help me get the balance refunded. This is not right!!!
