The electrical connectors can be rotated, carefully, or they will break off. Once run through the steering column the pins need to be inserted into the connector. Okay. But they push straight through and don't engage anything. One has to bend the tiny wings and tabs out if they don't break off. After all that I got the brake lights working again, went for a test drive and the turn signals don't self-cancel.
