Buyer never contacted me about damage. Package was insured. I did not deserve a negative feedback, it was not my fault. I contacted ebay customer service, they said the feedback is the buyers overall experience. Ebay blames me for choosing the shipper that broke the item (CRAZY). What happened with communication between the seller and buyer. I would have gladly refunded the buyer but I believe the buyer wanted to keep the item and not have to send it back.
