These are a very high quality audio plug. I was looking for a plug that had real copper base material. Most plugs have brass as base material, which is not a good conductor. Some are copper plated and claim to have a pure copper base material. Why would plate pure copper with copper? How would you machine a pure copper plug when pure copper is not machinable? I thinkthese are really brass and because brass contains copper they call it copper. Brass is not copper.
