The seller sent me a defective item, first I had to pay to get a power converter ($34), second there was a challenge to prove to the seller that the item is defective and create Youtube video to prove my point and now wasting my time to send it back. What a nightmare and very unfair situation for the buyer. In total, I wasted a couple of days full time just because the seller failed to check the item before sending it to me.
