The item description clearly states that the switchplates are custom-made AFTER payment and shipped within 5 business days. You ordered on Thursday, 2/29 and your plate was mailed via USPS Ground Advantage (USPS replaced First Class with this service) on the following Weds 3/6, which is 5 business days. I put in a box, not flat, to protect the item. I don't know why USPS took so long to deliver to you, but thank you for your *positive* feedback.
