I contacted seller and asked for a prepaid return label or a refund for the return charges. Their response was to please return as is standard. Meaning no acknowledgement of representing the products usefulness for my vehicle as advertised. So I returned at my cost to get it out of here and not spend anymore time arguing over the issue and the $6.50. IT'S THE PRINCIPLE THAT MATTERS!!!!
