We are required to remove the footwear from the manufacture's supplied box. We unpack, inspect, and buff the footwear. If any damaged pairs are found (DAMAGE IS NOT SLIGHT SCUFFS), we remove the pair from this lot. We are required to stamp the footwear, either on the sole or inside, to assure no one tries to return the footwear to the manufacturer for a refund. We offer this footwear to you for 40% to 60% off the suggested retail. Some footwear has the strings or insert missing when we receive them. We replace them with the actual manufacturer's parts (COULD HAVE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT STYLE).”
