Received a scratched, locked unit with a SpotOn label and deep cuts (see pic). Seller admitted using “very old” photos, shrugged off the damage, offered a $10 refund, then ignored multiple return requests until I opened an eBay case. After return, he denied the damage, blamed me, and acted smug. Misleading, rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. 95% feedback is generous. He knows how to trick the system for a RETURN saying item was deflective and eBay lets him get away with it.
