Minimal comms when asked for tracking updates, so I had to open a case with eBay. Item arrived on 15 May, with seller then querying why I'd opened a case?! Very frustrating, missing deadline as a birthday present. 1st class postage promised. Had I known this wasn't true, I'd have gone elsewhere. No apology. Only positive here was the speed of the refund. Could do better!
