Could've been cleaned before sent out... the rest of the cylinder was okay, the included piston was a Wiseco so that adds value. I wouldn' say it was worth what i paid just in the qualtiy of the part but i needed it and im not afraid of a little work. Just for future reference, Summit Offroad, you guys could do a little more quality assurance, Happy but not Impressed 3/5.
