Buyer ordered a band which I sent…then buyer asked for a discount after the fact…which I sent. They weren’t happy with the amount of the discount they received. Hence the bad feedback. Sorry…We don’t negotiate with feedback terrorists

We replaced both batteries ourselves before shipping. Battery life depends on settings and usage: but glad you think were responsible for battery’s not having infinite shelf life after using device for over a month. Also you messaged us on a non business day, & you still could have returned free of charge. Not sure this feedback is warranted but you’re entitled to your opinion
