    Hello! Thank you for your question. You know the return process managed by eBay, they (not my shop) sent you that labels. So unfortunately I can't help with it. Once you returned items I'll initiate refund, but it managed by eBay as well. I return my cost, eBay returns it's fees. Maybe you can call eBay support with it. We use it if we have any questions. So I can recommend this way. Hope you can solve it!!! Thank you.

    The donor car has never been in a flood. It was in run@drive condition. Everybody can check it by VIN - 1G1YD2D70F5120525. And why did you not return it if you think it is damaged? It's weird.
