I have received multiple items from this same platform over the past six months, all sent to the same address. Not only did you lie to avoid honoring the sale, but now my money is tied up in a refund that will take 3 to 5 days to process. I "Declined" the Offer, but somehow Buyer received a notice from EBAY that I had "Accepted" the Offer. I was extremely surprised,& immediately contacted Ebay Customer Support Specialist who guided me thru the process of "Cancelling the Sale, whose instructions I strictly followed, which led to the cancellation of the Sale.
