Second, it definitely wants t what I thought I was getting. The sandals were not in the best condition and they were so bent I had to put a box on them to smooth them out. Contacted the seller and nothing was resolved. The buyer stated that the sandals did not fit. I was given the option not to accept the return due to the reason they did not fit. The sandals were correctly described & all the item details matched the item the buyer received. If I am allowed to not accept the return because they did not fit why is the buyer able to leave negative feedback ? Simply the buyer did not like that I declined the return.
