      Computer was not new in factory box. This appeared to be a return and obviously someone had booted it up and messed with the settings. No wear and tear to speak of but the computer was not factory packaged. It had been repacked in amateur fashion in a well traveled "Dell" box. Power cord was the only thing new and in factory package. Initial shipping was inexplicably delayed. It apparently sat for 5 days before being picked up by UPS. No updates from seller after sale was completed.
