My fault for not testing it after the 30 day return window but you would think a pawn shop would at least test the item properly. The only thing that functions is the flashlight. This didn't come with the water tank but I assume that also works. The blade assembly does not spin. It's past the return window so no incentive for the seller to accept a return. Just be aware that the products may not be properly tested.
