Managed to buff surface and get started and tape on - but got tight and was very hard to get off. Had to press off and it scored spindle. Would not attempt to even try applying to final install as it would be very difficult to get inside spindle started into bearing and then fight with the outboard bearing. Need new spindle and possibly bearings. Another delay.
