    I’m so impressed with this seller. One of the glasses in the first shipment arrived broken, and she was quick to replace it and even sent an extra one which worked out well because one of them broke as well on the second shipment. I am convinced this was not because of the packing, which was quite thorough on both shimpments but I believe a flaw in the design of the glasses — they’re just really fragile at one specific stress point. Thank you Dickermom!
