While it was packed with newspaper and foam, in a cardboard box, unfortunately the packaging was not sufficient to keep the delicate cups complete safe. Two of them arrived damaged (chipped) on the rim and one of the chips actually cracked the cup, almost all the way down to the bottom. Would recommend this seller as they offer great value and their items are as described. However, ensure that delicate items are packaged properly prior to shipping.
