Someone placed that inside the box knowing top part missing.,stains that dried shows a small amount was in the in bottle, a partially filled one. (See pics attached). Reached out to seller first to resolve, never replied.

I will say, the inside of the box and packing was filthy. Like dusty and clumps of dirt. Box was opened. However it worked for me and all i did was wash it off.
