        Sadly the items arrived damaged (not the seller's fault - the packaging was beyond excellent, but the shipper must have run them over or something). Seller was quick to offer both a refund and to send an additional plate she had which arrived without incident. Sad that they broke but 100% positive interaction with the seller, quickly and easily resolved.
