    I truly believe the item is fake. I reached out to the seller and they said that it could be a change in formula . It’s NOT. I wouldn’t go through the trouble of reaching out. I did ask for compensation as I didn’t want the item and I don’t want to have to go through the trouble of sending it back . I have previously purchased the product and it’s totally different. No scent and seems like a $1 shampoo.

    We are not sure why buyer made such claim when we didn't have such issues for quantity sold to other custonmers. While we did what we could to explain and offer buyer either a return or partial refund. Originally buyer thought that they had to pay for it but we explained this in this case, the return is free or they can keep the item for partial refund; However, we only saw the return request & no replies on partial refund so we assume they wanted return but seems buyer wanted both refund & item
