Item description from the seller
Seller feedback (525)
- 2***3 (557)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseAs described and well packed. The computer would not boot with the memory. However, this is probably not the vendor's fault. The Crucial software tool I used to check the existing installed memory specs incorrectly reported a part number for DDR3L, when it was actually DDR3, so the voltage specs of the memory in each bank did not match. Moral: Don't trust the software tool, and instead double check the actual label on the existing memory if adding to it.
