    The laptop was in very good condition, the bottom was a little scraped, but who is staring at the bottom of a laptop? No scratches on the screen, the system performed excellently. I did have an issue with the battery as it was draining very quickly. I reached out to the seller, and he was happy to give me a $40 refund so that I could purchase a new battery for my client. Perfect customer service, as things do happen out of everyone's control. My client is extremely happy with her device.

    The computer shipping was fast - not the best packaged though - computer was bulging out the box. The computer OS and hardware are good - with the exception the battery. I charged it fully and it lasted about an hour before it fully drained. I contacted seller before buying and they said EVERYTHING would be in good working order. Not true - as the battery sucks and I had to spend $90 on a new battery. That should have been deducted from price I paid. Beware that not everything is checked.
