Pillow did not come with its original insert, but instead some random green velvet pillow that does not fill out the cover entirely as I expected as one side feels a bit lacking. I wish it was disclosed in the description. The pictures are misleading in that regard. If I had known, I wouldn't have offered as much as I did. It's a bit dirty, but I expected it to be a lil based off the photos, but there were a few more I didn't see on the pic. Packed well!
