    The seller listed the item as Open Box New condition - Never Been Used. What I actually received was clearly a defective used returned item. The headphone came with one ear cup detached and scratched up. The hardware was just stuck together with blue painters tape and thrown in the box. Sent feedback to the seller and no response so far.

    Item was shipped quickly and arrived in the expected condition, in full working order. FT1 is a headphone that performs very well in its price category, and this seller's price offered a great value. The item was cosmetically as if brand new, as promised. I did have trouble contacting the seller by message, but if you know that what you are ordering is what you want, this seems to be a good seller to buy from, and I can say from related experience that they refund promptly on returns as well.
